Secabo TPD12 pneumatic heat press
The Secabo TPD12 is an outstanding production machine for large-scale productions in the field of sublimation textile finishing and other transfer technologies up to a size of 100cm x 120cm. The pneumatic double plate heat press features a heating capacity of 9.0 kW and designed to provide a maximum pressure of 4 bars, which corresponds to the 140g/cm2 or 1,700kg when using the XXL heat plate. This means, that the TPD12 is perfectly equipped for large runs of high quality large format transfers. The two base plates are superimposed on an electric linear system specially designed to retract one base plate into the heat press, while simultaneously exposing the other base plate. This feature serves to increase efficiency by enabling operators to remove a finished transfer object and/or prepare the next transfer object at the same time, that the other base plate is inside the transfer area within the TPD12's case. The user can choose different modes of operation, namely automatic or manual. In each case, operators are offered protection from injury by a wide range of safety equipment, including emergency shutoff and two-handed operation. The Millbind 420 Hot-Melt semi automatic bookbinder machine is a member of the LAMIBIND family of products and has all the necessary functions and more that are required by a medium size printing shop. GC-480 PRO is a semiautomatic machine that allows the production of hard covers, photoalbums or parts for rigid boxes. The machine consist of professional hot & cold gluing machine with big diameter full stainless steel rollers, vacuum table with backlight, positioning device for multi-piece cases and semi-auto turning-in mechanism with pressing rollers. It is designed as entry level machine for small and medium runs that can apply glue on flat surfaces like paper, eco leather, pvc.

PRO casemakers are controlled by PLC modules and touch screen panels that allow to program most of the settings as well as diagnostics mode.

The glue application unit is used to cover flat surfaces such as paper, leather, PVC with a thin layer of glue. The machine is able to use hot glues, which allows the use of organic adhesives of animal origin, eliminating the risk of cover waving due to the large amount of water in the glue – not requiring a long pressing time of the finished cover, reducing the time needed to clean the machine to an absolute minimum. The offered machine is a simple control, large and durable rollers made of stainless steel, standard equipped with preheating to prevent water condensation on the sheet and water supply from the tank activated by pressing a button. All this makes the work as easy as possible and eliminates many potential problems occurring when operating similar devices.

Casemaking table allows you to work on a variety of materials with different properties. Contrary to many other solutions available on the market, the section of automatic cover turning in and pressing without complicated settings will handle cardboard in the full range of thicknesses indicated in the specification. The module used does not require an air connection and works very quietly in relation to other devices.

The Morgana AutoCreaser Pro XW is the latest in Morgana range of high-speed creasers designed to eliminate the problem of cracking that occurs when folding digitally printed output. It is equally effective when creasing conventionally printed card, laminated or cross-grained stock.
The intuitive 7” SmartScreen controls all the main functions of the AutoCreaser Pro XW. Simply key in the sheet length (popular sizes are pre-set), touch the fold type for the finished product (letter, gate etc) and press the start button. The Morgana AutoCreaser Pro XW will automatically calculate where the creases need to be and set them accordingly. Any minor changes to the crease position can be made by touching an arrow in the relevant direction.
An alpha-numeric memory allows an unlimited number of jobs to be stored and named as you choose. This makes job recall much easier as you can use your own job name and numbers for storage.

The Morgana AutoCreaser Pro XW can run at up to 8,500 (with one crease) A4 sheets per hour, with a maximum sheet size of 500mm x 700mm / 19.7” x 27.5” up to 0.4mm / 0.015” thick.
Linear perforation is standard with the machine, with an option to add full cross and part perforation, up to 500mm / 19.7” in width. This allows production of a wide range of perforated applications including tear-off vouchers and tickets.
The machine is now equipped with the Morgana EasyBlade system, which allows easy, tool free removal and change.

The quick release mechanism enables the blade to be easily removed or changed between jobs. This is useful, for example, when changing between a perforation job and a creasing job and can now be done (without tools) in less than 30 seconds.
