Casemaker Grafcut GC-760 Compact XL

COMPACT is a semiautomatic machine that allows the production of hard covers, photo albums or luxury boxes.
The machine consist of professional hot & cold gluer with high diameter stainless steel rollers, vacuum table, positioning device for multi-piece cases and manual turning-in
mechanism. It is designed as entry level machine for small runs. Can apply glue on flat surfaces like paper, eco leather, pvc. It requires little space for installation.

Gluing unit features:
Cold or Hot glue ready
2 stainless steel rollers (acid resistant , full inside), have big diameter for better application
Electric heater, metal tray with glue disposed into water tank heated by the heater.
Thermostat for fluent adjustment of temperature with LCD screen
Rollers speed fluent adjustment from panel
Anti-condensation preheating bar before metal rollers in standard (prevents water to stay on table and transmit into paper).
Water tank in the bottom of base-adding water to glue tank by pressing button on panel.
In standard version made for application of glue for material from 80gsm to 300gsm.
Cleaning time after job about 5 minutes.
Optional extra module for application of glue intorigid boards.
Possibility to use cold or hot glue (we recommend to have 2nd separate glue tank for different jobs).

Board side guides dropped manually included magnets for cover positioning.
2 rubber rollers for turning in the edges of cover with bottom metal bar stopper (possible to dismantle the metal bar and push case trough for pressing).
