Automatic double side laminator CYKLOS ROBOLAM 370

Our new Laminator has been designed as a multi-functional device combining interchangeable modular finishing device. For the time being, it is possible to connect a tearing separation unit, which also separates doble-sided lamination. We can also equip this unit with an unwinding device for the foiling function. In addition, we will soon launch a cutting unit that is completely unique to cut a sheet or divide it into business cards as part of the lamination process. This unit adjusts fully automatically in both cutting axes or by reading cutting marks.

Single and double side laminating. Two pairs of silicon heated rollers. Total 4 pcs heating rollers.Each one independently temperature regulated. 2 pcs transport rollers. Touchless temperature sensors position in the middle of each roller measuring roller surface. Laminator suitable for all kind of thermal laminating films. Roll holders for big commercial rolls up to 3000 m.
